Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time perusing through all of the different “mom blogs” looking for the funniest and most controversial. Why? Because I just love to stir shit up… and I love other people that do too. So, I thought I’d share my top 7 funniest and most controversial mom blogs for your enjoyment. Why 7? To make you ask questions. If you don’t see yours, don’t be offended… it’s because I think that a “Top 100,000 Mom Blogs” post would just be too long. Quite frankly, I don’t have the attention span for that…

1. Dooce by Heather Armstrong. Funniest shit ever.
2. Momspective by Julie Maloney. One crazy ass mom. LOVE HER!
3. Because I Said So by Dawn Meehan. Most sarcastic. For sure.
4. Girls Gone Child by Rebeca Woolf. No mother can’t relate… or laugh her ass off at this one!
5. Absolutely Narcissism by Sandra. Laugh all day long at this mom’s narcissism.
6. Amalah by Amy. Totally random. Totally hilarious. Totally real.
7. Whiskey In My Sippy Cup by Mr. Nasty. Nuff said.

In addition to all of these fucking awesome moms, Babble.com put out a “Top 50 Most Popular Mom Blogs” list for 2009. Several of the ones that I have listed are on there, but I wouldn’t disagree with any that they have, either. It’s no Modern Mamaz, but you did alright, Babble
