“I don’t have the time or money to help.”
That’s okay, you don’t have to.
There are many ways to contribute to the end of childhood suffering without reaching into your pockets. For example, the next time you find yourself at the grocery store, seek out the missing children’s bulletin board. Yes, most grocery stores have them.
Take 5 minutes to study the faces, read their descriptions and take note of the details. Memorize what you can. Those children, whether they’ve been abducted and are scared and abused, lay deceased and unfound, or are lost and alone, deserve 5 minutes. Don’t they?
You never know, you may pass one on the street tomorrow and not even know it.
“Between January 1996 and January 2010, we have featured 10,409 on our boards. As of January 2010, 8,716 of those children have been recovered and 205 of those recovered children were found as a direct result of our bulletin boards.” – WalmartStores.com
