Circumstances: Amber and her sister Amanda were allegedly abducted by their father David Fratcher on February 13, 2011. A felony warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for David on February 17, 2011. They may be traveling to Florida or Mexico in a white older model Chevrolet van attached to a white camper with a gold stripe. The van has large rear mirrors and may have a customized raised roof and an extra step on the side. Amanda and Amber may be in the company of a juvenile male relative. Amber has a scar on her cheek below her right eye. David has a Y shaped scar at the end of his right eyebrow. He usually wears glasses and a baseball cap.
